The NTUC Care Fund (Education Awards) aims to motivate our lower-income union members’ school-going children in Institutes of Higher Learning (“IHL”) to excel in their studies and level up the playing field.
The candidates for the education awards are children of union members who were studying in a full-time course in an eligible IHLin Academic Year (AY) 2023. To be eligible, candidates must be promoted to the next academic level in AY2024 or graduated in AY2023.
Eligibility Criteria
Members who wish to apply for the education award for their child/children (“candidates”) must have at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears.

How Does the Successful Candidates Receive the Education Award?
The application will open from 24 July 2024, 1200hrs to 27 August 2024, 1600hrs. Union members who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their applications via OneCARE.
Sign In to OneCare System using Singpass
Public Login Service (PLS) is now live. Members will be required to login to the OneCARE system using a valid Singpass account.
For members without an existing Singpass account, they can register for Singpass here, including members who are Permanent Resident or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) Holder. To ensure that members continue to receive email notifications pertaining to their application status from the OneCare system, the email address in the Singpass account must be updated.
