At the NTUC Ordinary Delegates' Conference last year, the Labour Movement voted strongly to be relevant to and representative of the evolving needs of our working people. In the past year alone, membership numbers across our unions and associations has grown by over 20,000. We've also rolled out various programmes and initiatives for all our working people – regardless of age, nationality, collar and sector. All so that we can continue to Care for our working people, ensure Fair workplace practices for them and Grow with them.
