Said NTUC Deputy Secretary-General Ong Ye Kung, who was the Guest-of-Honour at the event: “This is a very special project since many years ago, when I was still the Chief Executive Officer of WDA (Singapore Workforce Development Agency). We started to support industry training, and At-Sunrice, if not the first, was the first three that we supported. And after 10 years, we’ve come that far, and I am really proud of the whole team. Now that everyone of you have gotten your diploma, you have the license to pursue your passion, and I think youhave a very bright career ahead of you.”
