To reach out to a large pool of about 32,000 real estate professionals here, the Singapore Industrial and Services Employees’ Union (SISEU) officially launched the SISEU Real Estate Professionals’ Chapter on 4 March 2013.
The launch was attended by more than 160 real estate professionals, industry players, regulator, stakeholders as well as partners of SISEU and SAEA Limited, one of the key industry bodies for real estate agents and salespersons.
In conjunction with the launch, four training bundles comprising three core Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses each have been identified to address the various training needs of the real estate professionals.
With a pilot funding support of a 50 per cent course fees subsidy, the four training bundles will benefit up to 200 potential entrants and real estate professionals.
SISEU’s President Tan Peng Heng shared that besides the subsidy from e2i, union members can tap on an additional 50 per cent subsidy on unfunded course fees from the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).
