For unions who have organised large-scale events (and we’re talking about those with hundreds in attendance), keeping track of the guest list can be a pain.
We’ve seen event organisers carry around thick stacks of paper that contain the names of event participants. We’ve also seen how panicky organisers get when they can’t seem to find the names of the guests who come to register their attendance.
Don’t fret, there is now an paperless, hassle-free way to mark the attendance of your participants with the refreshed MyNTUC app.
All your guests need to do is register for the event through the app and scan the QR code that was auto-generated for them at the event. Of course, you will have to create the event on the app first by emailing NTUC’s Information and Technology Department (ITD) at MyNTUCSupport@ntuc.org.sg.
With each scan, a digital database will store the attendance list, and you can even generate an attendance report if you want.
