NTUC-SNEF PME Taskforce Report

Over the last 12 months, the joint NTUC-SNEF PME taskforce consulted more than 10,000 members of the public, union leaders and business leaders to understand the key concerns and needs of PMEs at the workplace and sought out proposals that would be both pro-worker and pro-business.

Nine recommendations under four key thrusts were made to address the PMEs’ concerns. We believe this proposal will help to alleviate the challenges faced by PMEs, especially vulnerable mature PMEs aged 40 and above as well as help our businesses succeed as progressive and inclusive organisations.
