UTAP: Available for all members, the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) entitles each NTUC member to a $250 training benefit each calendar year for skills upgrading. This can be used to defray the cost for more than 2,000 supported professional courses offered by training providers such as NTUC LearningHub.
Networking Opportunities: Cultivate your own personal connections and build your very own support network through the many networking sessions organised by the Labour Movement.
Career Development Events: While it can be difficult to determine just how you ought to chart your career path, the Labour Movement’s regular line-up of events tap the expertise within its network of U Associates, U SMEs, communities and unions to illuminate the way.
