Amidst the rising cost of living brought about by global headwinds and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) has introduced the NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) programme to provide a one-off cash relief of up to $150 to eligible NTUC union members to help them tide through the higher cost of living.

How do I apply?
The application opens from 22 August, 0900hrs to 30 September 2022, 2200hrs. Union members who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their applications via OneCARE at https://ucare.ntuc.org.sg/assistance/ with NTUC Linkpass account. Refer to OneCARE System User Guide on how to apply.
If you have not registered with Linkpass, you will be directed to the registration page. Please ensure you have both email address and mobile number to register for an NTUC Linkpass account.
When and How will the cash relief be sent to members?
Upon successful application, you will receive an email notification on the application status. The cash relief will be credited into your registered bank account within 30 working days, subject to bank clearance.
