NTUC Care and Share Committee

The NTUC Care and Share Committee is made up of a total 112 Members, inclusive of a Chairman & Co- Chair, Secretary (Director, Secretariat), Members and Alternate Members nominated by the Unions and appointed by the NTUC CC.

The Committee is represented by at least 2 Representatives (1 Member and 1 Alternate member) from each union, in total it is represented by 55 Unions and 2 Associations.

Terms of Reference:

  1. To foster a caring Labour Movement.
  2. To raise funds for the U Care Assistance Programmes, community projects and charities of worthy causes.
  3. To engage in discussions with regard to new programme design, gather ground feedback toward existing programmes/events and guide the implementation of the U Care Assistance Programmes and/or NTUC Care & Share Programmes.
  4. To engage and encourage union members to involve in community service.
