The Labour Movement's hard work over the years to spruce up cleaners' jobs and secure the future of the workers in the security industry has paid off. The Government will make NTUC's brainchild, the Progressive Wage Model (PWM), a mandatory licensing condition for all companies providing cleaning and security services.
