Several agencies have been holding regular talks to explain to Singaporeans aged 25 and above what the SkillsFuture credit is all about and how they can go about using it.
NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) has been doing its part.
Common Questions
e2i started the SkillsFuture Credit Connect (SFCC) workshops (see below for registration details) in January 2016 to help Singaporeans navigate the course directory and identify their skills gaps and training needs.
e2i Deputy CEO Gary Goh said: “SkillsFuture is about changing the mindset and attitude of our working people to instil the culture of lifelong learning and skills acquisition.
“It is also about developing a pool of adaptable and future-ready workforce to meet new and fast-changing demands at the workplace.”
