The butterfly represents our Labour Movement’s resolve and perseverance to help our industries, companies and working people transform with the economy to overcome challenges and seize tomorrow’s opportunities. Just as a butterfly evolves and grows through various life stages to finally spread its wings and fly, we want our working people of all ages to adapt, evolve and embrace change to attain better skills, better jobs and better lives.
The array of colours on the butterfly’s wings symbolise the many opportunities for our working people that will arise from the vibrant economy we are striving towards. The multifaceted geometric design on the butterfly reflects how we — a Strong, Relevant and Representative Labour Movement — continue to expand our range of products and services to Care for our working people, ensure Fair workplace practices for them and Grow with them.
