NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited marked the 12th anniversary of its support to the Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift (BBSG) by being the first to donate to the Main Gift Box with 25 trolleys of food items.
The opening ceremony of this year’s project was held on 20 November 2012 at the open space between Toa Payoh Entertainment Centre and Block 192 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh and marks the second time the main box location has been moved from Orchard Road into the heartlands. The occasion was graced by Guest-ofHonour Acting Minister for Social and Family Development Chan Chun Sing.
BBSG 2012 aims to fulfill the wishes of 30,285 beneficiaries, the highest number to date. It includes 22,086 general wishes beneficiaries who will each receive general food and household items to last them an estimated six months.

From now till 19 December 2012, drop off your donations of non-perishable general food and household items in Toa Payoh or the other 13 boxes at various NTUC FairPrice outlets. Log on to www.bbshare.sg for the list. Or you can also choose to purchase and donate general food items through FairPrice’s online portal (www.fairprice.com.sg) by 31 December 2012.
To fulfill specific wishes, you can adopt a Wish from any of the three Specific Wish Trees at the FairPrice Xtras in Ang Mo Kio Hub, Jurong Point and nex Mall.
