It’s 4.30 am in the morning in Singapore and while the city sleeps, there is quite a bit of stirring in various workplaces. While others prepare for the long weekend during the Lunar New Year celebrations, many workers are already up in the early hours in various sectors of the economy to get services ticking in the country.

NTUC Secretary-General (SG) Chan Chun Sing joined union leaders and management to kick off the traditional visits on 15 February 2018 with a first stop at the Loyang Bus Depot, followed by Marina Bay Sands (MBS).

They were also presented with oranges and red packets for the Lunar New Year.
