“The U Future Leaders Exchange (UFLX) has been very convenient for me,” said 44-year-old Software Manager Chan Ching Huat.
“I was drawn to the fact that there are many different speakers from diverse fields who will be sharing their experiences and knowledge at these sessions. This got me very interested. With each talk I attended, I saw myself gaining something new so I signed up for subsequent talks.”
Since subscribing to the pilot run of the programme in April 2017, Ching Huat has attended some 10 different workshops and courses. Of particular interest to him were the sessions on change management and entrepreneurship where he got to learn more about how and why change happens and how to approach entrepreneurship.
