The strength of a union leader comes not only from his passion for serving workers but also from his in-depth knowledge surrounding wages, welfare and work prospects.

Knowledge allows the union leader to effectively lead his members and negotiate on their behalf at the workplace.

We’re already counting down the days to 2020. If you’re looking to level up your industrial relations knowledge in the new year, we’ve come up with a list of courses at Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi) that would give you an edge in your role.
