STEP 1: Visit https://enrol.mhcasia.com/#/union to Login. 
You'll be required to log into MHC Enrollment website using your last 4 NRIC characters, Date of Birth and Mobile Number, followed by your email address, first 3 NRIC characters, and create your Password (the same email and Password will be used for registration of BetterHealth account).

STEP 2: Confirmation Email send to the email address you provided.

STEP 3: Click on download link and download MHC BetterHealth mobile app.

STEP 4: Register account with the email address and Password entered in STEP 1.

NTUC Member will see NTUC-BetterHealth eCard in BetterHealth mobile app.

To see a doctor in the clinic for $12 GP Consultation, select Clinic Locator, Book appointment or walk-in to clinic and present NTUC-BetterHealth eCard at point of registration. 

For GP TeleConsultation, select Video Call a Doctor.

BetterHealth is a new mobile app is developed by MHC Medical Network - A BetterHealth Company which provides you with easily accessible medical services - both online and offline. MHC has over 500 General Practitioner (GP) clinics islandwide whereby you can find your nearest doctor.  To video-consult an online doctor, you can download the BetterHealth App when you are in Singapore or overseas, anytime of the day. In addition, the BetterHealth App also enables you to take ownership of your health by going for health screenings and engage in wellness activities.

If you had previously downloaded CarePlus app in your mobile, simply update the app to replace with BetterHealth app.

Terms and Conditions:

• Valid till 31 Dec 2023.

• Consultation rate does not include GST, medication, and delivery.

• Members to download BetterHealth mobile application via Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore.

• A valid credit and/or debit card to be successfully linked in BetterHealth app.

• For GP Consultation, present NTUC-BetterHealth eCard in BetterHealth app.

• For TeleConsultation, present NTUC Card to the doctor during the video call.

• This programme is not to be used in conjunction with other memberships or programmes.

• Surcharge on standard consultation rate applies on Saturdays/Sundays, Public Holidays, and out-of-office hours:

• Extended to Member's children. Children must be accompanied by Union Member.
