How to redeem:

1. Simply login to your L Privileges account on your mobile application and tap into the catalogue of reward deals.
2. If you are not a member yet, visit https://go.lprivileges.sg/ntucmayday25 to sign up at the point of registration.
3. Select the desired reward and tap ‘Redeem’. Once redeemed, an E-Coupon will appear in your E-Wallet.
4. Go to your E-wallet, Deals & Coupons, to select the desired E-Coupon to use. Present the QR code to the store cashier for redemption. Payment to be completed at the store.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Promotion is exclusive to NTUC members who are also L Privileges members.
• Promotion is valid from 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2025.
• A valid L Privileges account is required to redeem and use the reward deal.
• E-Coupons are valid only at the listed participating malls and stores.
• For usage, the member must present the unused and unexpired E-coupon via mobile app at point of sale at respective retailer for verification. The member shall present the Deals QR Code to retailer for the redemption.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
• A screenshot of the E-coupon will not be accepted.
• This E-coupon cannot be replaced if it has been unlawfully obtained, or has been expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
• Retailer may choose to refuse the use of any E-coupons which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has been expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
• This E-coupon is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
• No refund or change will be given if the value of the E-coupon presented to a participating retailer exceeds the amount payable.
• The Management shall not be responsible for any error, omission, delay or loss of E-coupon as a result of technical malfunction or any error attributed to the app, website and vendors.
