• Valid NTUC Union membership card must be presented upon registration. 
• Exclude Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres and sessional clinics.
• For patients 12 years and below, if they have no visit Eu Yan Sang for the past 12 months, they will be deem as new first time patient.
• Not applicable with other vouchers/ promotions / packages / discounts / privilege cards/ corporate plans and managed care plans. 
• Eu Yan Sang Management reserves the right to final decision in the event of any dispute. 
• Eu Yan Sang Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Full consultation charge applies if no treatment or medication is taken
