U Live – A New Community for 55 years old and above 

 

Focusing on our greying population, U Live is an exclusive platform to engage senior workers, promote healthy living, encourage community bonding and allow members to maintain their association with the Labour Movement even after retirement.

Since 1995, activities have been organised for the silver collar and retirees in support of active ageing and to promote the well-being of seniors. With U Live, we hope to build, engage and strengthen this exclusive community of age 55 years and above, through various interest groups and a variety of lifestyle and life skill activities. By promoting a healthy, enriching and balanced lifestyle with emphasis on mental and physical wellness, members of the U Live community will be able to stay engaged, employed and contribute to society.
